1 Introduction and Applicability

ki baji is an online betting and casino gaming platform operated in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided through the ki baji website and mobile application.

By creating an account on ki baji, accessing the site, playing any game, or conducting any financial transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the ki baji platform.

2 Account Registration

Each user must create a separate account to use ki baji's services. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification

ki baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. If the required information is not provided in time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised use, you must notify the ki baji support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services on the ki baji platform are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under this age to open an account, conduct any financial transaction, or participate in any game.

• Being 21+ at the time of registration is mandatory.
• ki baji may request age verification documents at any time.
• If an account is created with a false age, that account and all funds in it will be forfeited.
• ki baji takes all necessary measures to protect minors from gambling.

We ask parents and guardians to keep underage members away from your devices and accounts, and to use parental control software where needed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ki baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Refund Policy

Funds already spent on betting or gaming are not refunded. However, if it is found that an amount was deducted incorrectly due to a technical error, ki baji will arrange a refund of that amount after investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ki baji provides various bonuses and promotional offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms, and the bonus may be withdrawn if those terms are not met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 to withdraw the bonus.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time.
• The minimum deposit threshold must be met to claim a bonus.
• ki baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo, and many other types of games are available on the ki baji platform. Each game category has its own rules, which can be read from within the game.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. A bet cannot be cancelled for any reason; however, in the case of a system error, the ki baji team will make the decision. The official announcement of the relevant body is considered final in determining the outcome of any event.

6.2 Match Fixing and Fraud

If a user is found to be involved in match fixing, manipulation, or any form of dishonest conduct, their account will be closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, ki baji reserves the right to make a decision based on its own investigation.

7 User Conduct

All users of ki baji must follow the platform's rules and treat other users and ki baji staff with respect.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in live chat or any other communication channel.
• Using the ki baji platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system through hacking or any other means.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.

8 Security and Privacy

Payment information is not stored directly on ki baji's servers; transactions are carried out through a secure payment gateway. However, the responsibility for keeping your account secure rests largely with you.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ki baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed and an active balance remains, and the reason for closure is not a rule violation, the user will be able to withdraw those funds.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Any user may request to temporarily or permanently close their account. ki baji provides this option as part of its Responsible Gaming policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

ki baji makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service on its platform; however, ki baji will not be liable for the following:

• Interruption to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or problems with the user's device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game studios).
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or causes beyond ki baji's control.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ki baji's total liability in any case will not exceed the user's actual account balance at that time.

11 Changes to Terms

ki baji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Accessing the site or continuing to use the services after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
